I am a Provost's Distinguished Associate Professor and Dean's Professor at Georgetown University, where I teach Research Design, Digital Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Research to undergraduate, MS in Business Analytics, MBAs and executives at the McDonough School of Business. I have been at Georgetown for 11 years. I obtained a Ph.D. from Penn State (Marketing) and a M.Sc. from HEC Montréal (Management Science).
In my research, I develop marketing research techniques to inform managers about how consumers make complex decisions. In empirical work, I generally use mixed-methods, combining experiments with observational data analyses. Substantively, I now focus on financially vulnerable populations make decisions.
