I am a broadly trained marketing researcher and behavioral scientist with expertise in research design, survey and experimental methods, digital marketing, and user research.
I serve as a subject-matter expert in commercial litigation related to consumer decision-making, marketing, and behavioral economics. My substantive expertise spans marketing research, advertising, consumer perceptions and confusion, surveys, and damages, across a wide range of industries from consumer packaged goods to novel technology.
I have worked on matters in both the United States — in federal and state court — and in Canada. I am currently an affiliate expert with Analysis Group, where I have provided expert reports, deposition testimony, and litigation consulting support.
