Consulting
I serve as a subject-matter expert in commercial litigation related to consumer decision-making, marketing, and behavioral economics. I have worked on matters involving deceptive marketing, trademark infringement, consumer confusion, and survey methodology.
I am currently an affiliate expert with Analysis Group, where I have provided expert reports, deposition testimony, and litigation consulting support in federal and state court.
